  • Looked at each workflow process and met with teams to eliminate, and delegate tasks to create a more efficient process.
  • Directed photographers, designers, and production staff to ensure proper production of campaign elements.
  • Met with partners to review and measure click-through rates, and drop-off percentages, and developed an A/B testing strategy to determine the reasoning behind the drop-off and offer solutions to improve both email and social.
  • Worked with the Go-To-Market team to develop a cohesive strategy for the company to use as a guide for all other promotions.
  • Proactively met tight deadlines, communicated across multiple teams, and offered additional support
  • Played an active role in recruitment, leading the expansion of the All Play team from 2 key players to 5.
  • Worked with UX team to develop ADA compliant design components
  • Met with the testing team regularly to develop and problem-solve better creative solutions that would ultimately increase engagement.
  • Work with designers, marketing, photographers, videographers, and copywriters to create a cohesive customer experience from all angles.
  • Developed wireframes for email, landing pages, and web pages with mobile-first in mind.
  • Remained agile with all the company changes and reorgs without missing a beat to ensure deadlines were met.
  • Developed SOPs for my core team and larger team.
  • Was a key player in the rebrand of the company in 2019 and now again in the brand refresh in 2022.
